In order to commission me, you must agree to my Terms of Service.

- You must be an adult (18 years of age or older) in order to commission me. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and I reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund at any time.- When you commission for me, you are agreeing this illustration is for your personal use ONLY. You are welcome to create physical prints, (e.g. canvas print, sticker[s], laminated badges) to enjoy at home. Profiting using my illustrations in digital, physical/print, or any other format is prohibited without further license agreement. For commercial use, you must contact me and create an agreement before payment.- You agree to my style and method of drawing when you commission me. I will try to follow character references you provide, but variations due to my own style as an artist are to be expected. Character colors may be affected by lighting.- Edits can be made to the thumbnail, rough and clean sketch. Excessive edits or edits after clean lines have been made or coloring has been finished may require additional compensation for my time.- Turnaround Time can vary between a week to a few months depending on the size of your commission, except in the case a deadline is agreed upon beforehand. If I cannot finish your commission in a timely manner, I will contact you about extending the timeframe. If I am unable to complete your commission, I may give a partial or full refund depending on the portion of work completed.- If you cannot afford a commission, please reconsider purchasing one. Refunds will not be given after the rough sketch stage (unless I am unable to complete the commission or there are other extenuating circumstances).- You may not use AI to edit my art in any way, whether you have commissioned it or not. Do not use my art to train AI in order to recreate my style or for any other purposes. If you'd like to edit my work or hire another artist to do so, ask first, I understand some art may be very meme-able and that is typically okay, but greatly transforming my work without permission is not acceptable.- Unless an explicit agreement is created between the individual purchasing a commission and I (Bayoulizard Art), you may not use my artwork in any form of merchandise, advertisements, or for any other commercial purposes that can be profited from. Work commissioned for commercial use will be subject to significant surcharge which MUST be agreed upon before commercial use.- Chargebacks through payment processors (e.g. Paypal) are unacceptable and will result in my contacting said payment processor for assistance and blocklisting you from commissions in the future. Please contact me if you need a refund or find something unsatisfactory, and I will do my best to correct the situation within accordance to this Terms of Service.
